Dr Akash Tadimalla is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and has been practising as a General Practitioner since 2021.

Originally from India, Dr Akash relocated to Australia in 2016 after completing his medical degree to further his clinical training. He began his Australian medical career as a Senior Resident Medical Officer at Nepean Hospital in Penrith before undertaking General Practice training in Bathurst.

In addition to his medical degree and RACGP Fellowship, Dr Akash holds a Diploma in Emergency Medicine from the Royal Liverpool Academy and a Certificate in Women’s Health through RANZCOG. He has extensive clinical experience across metropolitan, regional, and rural Australia, including Penrith, Hobart, Canberra, Orange, Batemans Bay, Cooma, and Bathurst. This diverse experience has provided him with a broad clinical skill set and a strong commitment to delivering personalised, comprehensive care to patients from all backgrounds. He has also volunteered with Lifeline, providing crisis support and suicide prevention services.

Dr Akash takes a holistic, patient-centred approach to medicine and values the development of long-term therapeutic relationships. He is committed to working collaboratively with patients, taking the time to understand their individual needs and supporting them in making informed decisions about their health.

Outside of work, Dr Akash enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, exploring new places, and playing badminton.
