Dr Jocelyn Rikard-Bell is an experienced General Practitioner and a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). She studied medicine at the University of Sydney and completed her General Practice training on the NSW Central Coast before relocating to Bathurst with her family in 2021. She is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based healthcare and enjoys caring for individuals and families across all stages of life.

As a dedicated Family GP, Dr Rikard-Bell values building long-term relationships with her patients and providing personalised, patient-centred care. She has a strong focus on preventative health, chronic disease management, health assessments, immunisations, and supporting patients to achieve their long-term health goals through collaborative, evidence-based care.

Dr Rikard-Bell enjoys all aspects of general practice and has particular interests in dermatology, skin cancer medicine, paediatrics, women's health, and transgender health. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Paediatric Medicine and an Advanced Certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine, and provides skin checks, skin cancer excisions, and a range of minor surgical procedures. She is passionate about delivering inclusive, respectful care in a welcoming environment for every patient.
