Dr Alvin is an experienced General Practitioner who was born in Sabah, Malaysia, and spent his childhood in Brunei. He completed his medical degree at the University of Auckland, New Zealand, in 2004 before beginning his medical career in paediatrics. After relocating to Australia in 2015, he transitioned into General Practice, where he enjoys caring for patients of all ages and building long-term relationships with individuals and families.

As a dedicated Family GP, Dr Alvin is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based healthcare tailored to each patient's individual needs. He has a strong focus on preventative health, chronic disease management, health assessments, immunisations, and supporting patients through every stage of life. He values working collaboratively with patients to promote lifelong health and wellbeing.

Dr Alvin particularly enjoys paediatrics and has a strong interest in medical education. In January 2020, he was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). Alongside his clinical work, he is actively involved in teaching the next generation of doctors as a lecturer for medical students at Charles Sturt University.
